Respite Retreats offers half-day virtual retreats from the safety and comfort of your own home. Retreats include uplifting and therapeutic activities designed to take the participants mind off the diagnosis and heal the mind, body, and spirit. Our group retreats range in size from 20-30 participants and we provide everything needed to enjoy the day.

While on retreat, we invite you to experience a range of therapies and activities, which may include:

  • Nutrition Demonstrations

Our fundraising efforts and community support allow us to offer these retreats at NO COST, giving participants the opportunity to disconnect from everyday life with cancer in order to focus on healing, cultivate personal introspection, and experience a deeper connection with one’s self.

A special note to applicants: If you are currently in treatment or within 6 months of treatment, this retreat is for you. You and your family deserve an opportunity to take a healing break from the realities of cancer. You matter and your community has come together to gift you this experience. Sound and music have been used as healing therapies for thousands of years. Research has shown that sound therapy provides a feeling of calm and relaxation. Enjoy the soothing sounds created by an experienced sound therapist.
