Proceeds from A Charmed Affair will refuel the spirits of those with cancer, their caregivers and family members.
Volunteer photographers needed to donate their time and expertise to capture these priceless moments. This sponsor will be provided one ticket to attend the luncheon and can participate in as much fun as they’d like. Respite Retreats is happy to offer branding space on our website, the event program, and event displays.
A Charmed Affair was created by our Founder & Executive Director, Wendy Letow. Her love for dressing in costumes, giving back to her community and honoring her inner princess, inspired her to create this royal event. In celebration of all women, we invite you to participate and make a difference in the lives of those affected by cancer.
Every ticket sold will give one patient, caregiver or family member an opportunity to participate in a day-long retreat. Retreats are relaxing and restorative in nature, offered at no cost, and designed to take the participants mind off everyday life with cancer.
Respite Retreats is a 501(c)3 organization providing retreats of respite to cancer patients, their caregivers and family members. We understand that a cancer diagnosis affects the entire family, not just the one diagnosed. We feel that it is essential for all involved to take a break from the difficult unpleasantries a cancer diagnosis brings.
Our retreats are relaxing and restorative in nature and include individual and group activities designed to take the participants mind of of everyday life with cancer.
