Teams will be given a list of photo and video fun activities to complete. Each will have points assigned to them. Teams can pick and choose which activities they want to complete with the goal of collecting the most points. The team who returns to Castle Xenia with the most points will win a prize.

The fun will continue with lunch, beer, wine, champagne & specialty drinks, entertainment, costume costumes, raffles, a silent auction & door prizes. We all princess differently - gowns not requires - tiaras preferred.

A Charmed Affair was created by our Founder & Executive Director, Wendy Letow. Her love for dressing in costumes, giving back to her community and honoring her inner princess, inspired her to create this royal event. In celebration of all women, we invite you to participate and make a difference in the lives of those affected by cancer.

Every ticket sold will give one patient, caregiver or family member an opportunity to participate in a day-long retreat. Retreats are relaxing and restorative in nature, offered at no cost, and designed to take the participant’s mind off everyday life with cancer.

Respite Retreats is a 501(c)3 organization providing respite programs to cancer patients, their caregivers and family members. We understand that a cancer diagnosis affects the entire family, not just the one diagnosed. We feel that it is essential for all involved to take a break from the difficult unpleasantries a cancer diagnosis brings.
